I would highly recommend Stephanie Meinhold as the most compassionate, gentle, and kind acupuncturist I have ever come across. I was suffering from severe depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and menstrual problems when I found Stephanie. I was on several medications that I had been on for years and really wanted to quit taking them because of side effects. With Stephanie's help, I was able to overcome many emotional traumas which led me to tapering off all of my anti-depressants and anti-anxiety medications with weekly acupuncture treatments. I'm so happy to say it's been over a a year and I still don't need any prescription medications. She also helped to transform my late periods by reducing the length of my menstrual cycles from 3 months to 40 days. This has helped significantly to reduce the amount of pain I was experiencing. It is so refreshing to find a healthcare practitioner who actually takes the time to listen to you and cares about what is going on in your life.
