My decision to see Stephanie came from dealing with a reoccurring case of Shingles and feeling severely out of balance. Every time I visited the doctor I was prescribed more and more medication. It made me feel that I was going to be taking medicine forever to keep the Shingles away. I knew there was a healthier option for me somewhere. That is when I decided to see Stephanie. After the first appointment I had a sense of calm and a knowing that everything was going to be okay. She is compassionate, intuitive, knowledgeable, a great listener and I am very proud to call her my friend. After a couple months of treatment I haven't had anymore bouts of Shingles.
